EcovaPro LTD provides professional cleaning services on a one off option or subscription basis within London, UK.

Subscription plans, pricing, and service details are clearly outlined on our website.

Subscription Agreement

By subscribing, you enter into a contract for regular cleaning services as specified in your chosen plan.

Subscriptions renew automatically according to your selected schedule unless cancelled as per Section 6.

Payment

• Subscription fees are payable in advance, either monthly or annually, depending on your chosen plan.
• Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
• You agree to provide valid payment information and authorise EcovaPro LTD to charge subscription fees accordingly.
• Failure to make payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

Changes to Subscription

You may upgrade, downgrade, or modify your subscription plan by contacting us at least 7 days before your next billing date.

We reserve the right to update subscription pricing or terms, with at least 30 days' notice provided via email or website updates.

Cancellation & Termination

• You may cancel your subscription at any time by providing at least 7 days' written notice via email to contact@ecovapro.co.uk.
• After cancellation, services will continue until the end of the current billing period.
• We reserve the right to terminate your subscription immediately for breach of these Terms, illegal activity, or unsafe conditions.

Service Delivery

• We will provide cleaning services as described in your subscription.
• You are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to your property on scheduled service days.
• If we are unable to access your property or perform services due to circumstances beyond our control, you may be charged for the missed service.

Data Protection

Your personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy available at www.ecovapro.com/privacy-policy.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
